Description:
Anaerobic sealant for pipes of high viscosity and medium strength. The thixotropic formula reduces the flow and shift of the product before assembly. Easily applied to threaded joints and easily removed with hand tools. It is suitable for fastening all joints that need to withstand medium or high pressure. It is particularly suitable for filling wide gaps and for thread distances greater than 0.5 mm.

Instructions for use:
To achieve the best effect, surfaces must be cleaned and degreased. When using special means for cleaning the surface, before using the product, it is necessary to check their compatibility with washing solutions. In some cases, cleaning solutions can have a negative effect on the properties of the product. Completely cover with glue several extreme turns of the external thread, except for the first turn, carefully filling the voids. When using the product on threads with a large diameter or on large gaps, adjust the amount of product accordingly and apply the glue to the internal thread as well. The product is intended for tight sealing of joints with a gap of up to 0.5 mm. Tighten the flanges immediately after assembly to avoid an adhesive gap between them.

Thanks to its special formula, S-077 pipe sealant can be used where resistance to high pressure or oil resistance is required.
The product withstands high pressure after full curing.
Especially suitable for metal thick threaded connections of type H according to EN 751-1 standards.
The product fills gaps at large distances (up to 0.5 mm) and gives excellent results when working with large-diameter materials.
Especially suitable for use on stainless steel.
Resistant to acetone, diesel exhaust fluid, brake fluid, ethanol, motor oil, unleaded gasoline

WHY IS THIS AN INNOVATIVE PRODUCT?
Anaerobic adhesive sealant is an advanced material with one component and a solvent. The product is specially designed for sealing, fixing, metal or metal-coated joints. Anaerobic glue is stable when in contact with oxygen in the air. When the product is placed between two compounds where contact with oxygen disappears, polymerization begins and a polymer layer is formed
